• Are you really available 24/7?

  Yes. We dispatch a real human at any hour, every day of the year, including all holidays. Late-night and early-morning emergencies are some of our most common calls.
• How much does mobile flat tire repair cost in Nashville?

• Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays?

  No. Our rates are the same 24/7. Tire emergencies don't pick convenient hours, and we don't penalize you for that.

  We cover the entire Greater Nashville metro area: all of Davidson County, plus Brentwood, Franklin, Cool Springs, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Nolensville, Bellevue and the surrounding suburbs. • Can you replace my tire on the side of the highway?

  Yes. Our technicians are equipped with safety lighting, reflective gear and proper jack stands for highway shoulder work. We coordinate with police if the shoulder needs to be closed for safety.
• What kinds of vehicles do you service?

• Can you fix a tire with sidewall damage?

  No reputable tire technician will repair sidewall damage — it's not safe and it's against tire industry standards. If your sidewall is cut, bubbled or bulged, you need a replacement tire. We can deliver and install one on the spot.
• Do you carry tires with you?

  We don't haul a full tire warehouse, but we source tires same-day from local supply partners. Send us the tire size or a photo of the sidewall and we'll confirm the right replacement before we dispatch.
• What payment methods do you accept?

  Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and CashApp. Fleet customers can set up net-30 invoicing.
• Will my insurance or roadside plan cover this?

  Many auto insurance roadside plans, AAA, and manufacturer programs (like BMW Roadside, Tesla Roadside, etc.) reimburse mobile tire service. We'll provide a detailed receipt you can submit. Some plans pay us directly — call us to check.
• What's the difference between a plug, a patch and a patch-plug repair?

  A plug fills the puncture from the outside; it's fast but not the most durable long-term repair. A patch is applied to the inside of the tire after dismounting; more reliable but doesn't fully seal the puncture channel. A patch-plug combination (the industry-recommended method) does both — it's the safest, longest-lasting repair, and it's what we use whenever the tire allows.
